Following the last year’s trend, it can be noted that the Nordic energy consumers tend to be more aligned. Despite the fact that 2020 has shown record-low Nordic energy prices, the combined trend for customer satisfaction is slightly down this year. This highlights that price is not all that matters. Customers of today are more aware and care about their supplier’s environmental footprint. The Energy sector in the Nordics needs to manage these expectations if they are to meet future demands and needs.
